You’ll take courses in public health, political science, sociology, anthropology, and global development to understand the systems, policies, and inequalities that influence health at local and global levels.

The concentration covers a wide range of critical topics, including infectious disease outbreaks, maternal and child health, nutrition, healthcare access, mental health, health and human rights, and the role of international institutions like the World Health Organization. You’ll build analytical and cross-cultural communication skills essential for addressing complex global health issues and advocating for equity across diverse populations.
