Harassment, discrimination, sexual misconduct, retaliation, stalking, dating violence, domestic violence, and other behaviors that infringe upon the rights or safety of others are prohibited and may result in university disciplinary action, removal from housing, and/or criminal investigation. Students are expected to treat others with dignity and respect and to contribute to a community free from intimidation, harassment, and violence.
