This committee is responsible for facilitating staff survey, staff council invitations to new staff members, recommendations for staff recognition, and review areas of interest to staff with University Departments.

This committee creates the staff council budget for the upcoming fiscal year, participates in the IU Southeast budget request and creation process, define and secure our financial needs for the upcoming academic year's programming, including drafting special budget requests to secure funding for unplanned projects.

This committee has the primary responsibility to plan and promote Staff Council hosted events to promote mutual engagement amongst staff, faculty, and students. Committee members are encouraged to define and propose new events to pursue the goals of visibility and staff engagement.
