Our rates are more than reasonable, especially for the amenities we offer. Prices are comparable to off-campus housing options in the surrounding community, are less expensive than campus-living at larger institutions, and are in line with residence hall options at regional universities. All rates are per semester and are charged once in fall and once in spring. Summer housing options are also available.

Roommate Assignments
Room assignment information is sent via e-mail and mail in mid-July for new Fall Semester residents and the second week of December for new Spring Semester residents. After those dates, room assignments are sent out weekly as needed.
Your room assignment information will include your Lodge, apartment and bedroom assignment. You will also be provided with the e-mail addresses and phone numbers of your new roommates. Go ahead and contact them – don’t be shy! Start out with introductions and talk about what you’re each bringing to share and decorate.
Do you have one or more roommates in mind? You can request to be in the same apartment or room when you submit your housing application. Please know that all roommate requests must be mutual. Be sure to apply early, and it’s helpful if you all apply at the same time.
Meal Plans
The Cream Plan, which includes $400 in dining dollars, is required and is included in the cost of housing for all residents. If you’d like additional flexibility, you have the option to upgrade your meal plan. The Crimson Plan costs $575 per semester and provides $600 in dining dollars, and the Grenadier Plan costs $750 per semester and provides $800 in dining dollars. All meal plans and associated Gus Bucks can be used at on-campus dining locations only.
